It provides elasticity to the dough and gives baked goods their typically airy yet firm texture.
WHY IS GLUTEN PROBLEMATIC FOR SOME PEOPLE?
Some people react sensitively to gluten or even have an allergy to the protein. For them, consuming gluten can cause health problems.

The gluten-free bun is the perfect addition to your burger enjoyment! You can combine it freely with any burger and enjoy your favorite burger in a gluten-free version.

PREPARATION
In our burger grills, they are stored and cut in a separate area, and toasted in a separate toaster to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
Despite all precautions, we can unfortunately never completely rule out traces of gluten. However, we do everything possible to ensure the greatest possible safety for our gluten-sensitive guests.

FAQ
Our gluten-free bun is 100% gluten-free. Please note that cross-contamination with ingredients containing gluten can occur during preparation in our kitchens. Some burger ingredients also contain gluten. We recommend checking our allergen labeling when choosing your burger combination. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our staff directly.
Currently, the bun is produced exclusively for us and is not available in retail stores.
Our bun is vegetarian.
Our gluten-free bun is made from ingredients including corn starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, milk, eggs, grains, and psyllium husks.
We store the gluten-free bun separately from the other buns. During preparation, our employees thoroughly clean their hands and prepare only the gluten-free burger. The bun is cut and toasted in a toaster reserved exclusively for gluten-free buns. The preparation of the burger also takes place separately from other burgers.
*Unfortunately, we cannot 100% rule out cross-contamination due to different ingredients in our kitchen. Traces of gluten, egg, peanut, soy, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, mollusks, fish, lupins, crustaceans, sesame and sulfites may be present in all products.
